Ocean Ou or Ou De Yang is a Singaporean Singer, famous for his song Gu Dan Bei Ban Qiu (lonely northern hemisphere). Although he has a good voice, nobody actually had seen his looking, until his first appearance on November 2005 in a live concert in Singapore.
Ocean Ou new album "Fly" following his latest album "101 Love Letters or 101 Feng Qing Shu" in 2007. This album consists 5 songs, some of the songs are his best hits but in another version.
